New Patient Information
Your First Visit
When you enter the Winston-Salem dental office that Dr. Boyles and Dr. Setzer share, you’ll be greeted by our knowledgeable office assistant, Sharon, who has worked with patients from both of our practices since 2009. She will take time to review your paperwork and make sure you are comfortable. Depending on which doctor you are seeing, a member of the appropriate staff will escort you to one of their comfortable patient rooms where they complete a thorough new patient exam including x-rays, dentist examination and evaluation, cleanings, and treatment planning.

We Take Your Insurance
Dr. Boyles is happy to process and file claims for any insurance plan, and we are preferred providers with MetLife, Cigna, and Delta Dental. We have years of experience maximizing dental benefits, and work hard to help our patients make the most of their insurance investment.
Dr. Setzer's team processes claims for all benefit plans as well, and we are in-network with MetLife, Cigna, Delta Dental, and Guardian. If you have questions or concerns about your insurance coverage, don’t hesitate to contact either practice to find out more.

For patients in need of more advanced restorative, orthodontic, or cosmetic dentistry services that are typically not covered by insurance, Dr. Setzer is happy to partner with CareCredit to offer affordable payment plans.
